Return / Refund policy

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@ShopLemonLime.com with your order number, reason for return, and a list of items that you wish to return. We will promptly reply with a RMA number and a return shipping label.

Unused / Undamaged Items
If you are not satisfied with your LemonLime dispenser for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping and any restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply on a product-by-product basis and also based on the item's condition upon return to us. 

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned to us in their original inner / outer packaging. 

Damaged / Incorrect Items
We ask that you notify us right away if you've received an incorrect or damaged dispenser. We will promptly investigate the issue and make it right. For certain damaged dispensers, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage in order to process a refund or ship a replacement unit.
